BELLEVUE OPENS LATEST DIVISION

BELLEVUE Business Depot has opened its latest division, Bellevue Contract Furnishings & Design. "The concept of the Bellevue Contract Furnishings & Design has been quietly brewing in the background of Bellevue Business Depot," said Monique Graham, manager of the unit. "I was recruited to develop this department and provide the community with a service that did not exist in Grand Bahama at the time; a complete turnkey design service." Bellevue Contract Furnishings & Design provides interior design turnkey solutions for the business community, not only in Grand Bahama but also in the entire Bahamas. The latest Bellevue arm was granted the exclusive dealership of the Global Group for the entire Bahamas. Ms Graham added: "With the success of this exclusive dealership we felt the Bahamian community should no longer look through catalogs but could actually sit and feel that chair that they were about to purchase, which is extremely important given that you will be sitting in that particular chair for eight to 12 hours." Bellevue Business Depot is one of Grand Bahama's long-standing companies, and recently celebrated its 50th anniversary as a GBPA licensee. "Bellevue has always sold commercial furniture," said its president, Robert Osborne. "With the opening of this showroom we have expanded our product and service offerings immensely. Our 15 year success with Global now allows us to show off that we can design, furnish and decorate large scale projects anywhere in the Bahamas." Bellevue has previously worked on projects such as the College of the Bahamas Northern Campus, Grand Bahama Cardiovascular Centre/The Medical Pavilion, the Grand Bahama Power Company's new offices, multiple Freeport Container Port and Harbour offices and the Government complex in Grand Bahama. Ms Graham said: "Some of you may think this a one man show, but we are a team of individuals that together pride ourselves in providing our clients with outstanding service. They are an amazing group of people to work with, and to all of the staff at Bellevue I must say thank you, as I would never be able to do this without you."
