According to reports reaching The Tribune, an armed robber has been shot and killed.
The man had robbed the John Chea No.8 store on Carmichael Road this afternoon - the second time the store has been robbed in a week - when he was shot dead by a security guard.

Criminals for the most part are dumb creatures...WHen will they learn that armed robbery in this island no longer pays off. Most companies that handle large sums of money are well protected. So either you end up getting killed, getting caught or getting away with such a small amount of cash, it cannot even pay your bail if you were caught, much less a lawyer. And in most cases the dummies and work haters continue robbing until they are caught or killed. Take em down!!!

Shoot to kill and the police have less to combat in the legal system...vs the guy getting caught and being let off for a technicality or put out on bail for about 20 years until the case is heard.

Even though he is a robber we feel sympathy for him when we hear about his death. Situations can make someone a thief and we do not know about the intension behind this robbery. Anyway was doing a wrong thing and that took his life.
