WOE!!! This fireman's coat (turn out gear) is ripped at the fringes, coat is swinging, no SCBA (Hey do you know if there are any explosives in this vehicle?) face exposed, no helmet, only a hood. What kind of combruction is this? This guy is a risk to himself and should not have been on the nozel. One explosion and he'd be dead or on early retirement. RBPF get this man a decent, presentable turnout gear and make him wear it!
