Place such brutes being in a few island penetenrys, where all convicted criminals work for their living or die, from sunrise to sunset.

Would honorable and good gentlemen play politics with crime and criminals who disfigure the lives of our citizens? Or would they bring crime to screeching halt and thereby squash the fear based supposed greater need for more police officers, whilst we are on our way to a becoming a police or military state lead by the biggest educated criminals? MMMMMMnnnnn?
