A 28 year old male of St. Lucia Crescent is the country's latest murder victim after after being shot multiple times.
The incident occurred around 1:50 am on Saturday.
Initial reports indicate that the victim was at Key West Street south of Cordeaux Avenue when he was approached by three men and shot.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
ARMED ROBBERY SUSPECTS ARRESTED
Police are questioning two men in connection with an armed robbery.
The incident reportedly occurred 11:40 pm on Friday.
Initial reports indicate that a male was at Sea Breeze Lane when he was approached by two armed men and subsequently robbed of jewellery.
Officers of the Southern Division arrested the men around 12:45 am on Saturday at Charles Saunders Highway.
The victim’s jewellery was recovered along with a silver Honda Accord which was suspected of being stolen. Active police investigations continue.
POLICE MAKE FIREARM ARREST
A 31 year old man of Nassau Village is in police custody accused of assaulting a female with a handgun.
Officers of the Mobile Division arrested the man shortly before 2:00 am on Saturday at Soldier Road along with the handgun and a quantity of ammunition.
Initial reports indicate that while at the Mall Road, Soldier Road a man gun butted the female.
SHOOTING INCIDENT
A 27 old male of Millennium Gardens is in hospital after being shot to the leg.
The incident reportedly occurred around 1:00 am on Saturday.
Initial reports indicate that the victim was sitting outside a residence at Millennium Gardens when he was approached by three armed men and shot.
The victim was taken to hospital via private vehicle where he is detained in stable condition. Active investigations continue.

yes Christie has started to turn us back to God check out his cabinet .my religous believes are private ,but don,t all the bible thumpers say homosexuality is against the word of God..oh i forgot unless your in politics or work at ZNS ,,why did we waist shoe leather going to protest the gay cruise ,are only foriegn gay people bad but ours are somehow anonited...lest anyone think i,m anti gay ,what anyone does in thier private live is thier business ,i just think we as a nation are such hypocrites about it ...

if we don,t raise our children with morals what can we expect ,,remember our courts are filled up with absantee fathers that won,t even pay ther child support ,and who helps them pay and puts thier houses up for bail tthier mothers ,,isn,t it strange that when all these macho men get in trouble they run to mummy to bail them out ....
