They wore them big and small, bold and proud: the leading women who walked hand in hand with the newly elected parliamentarians last week sported an array of fashionable hats. For the most part, they were full of colour and full of style.
Bernadette Christie - Wife of Prime Minister Perry Christie.
Lesh- "From the straw clutch to the tip of the bow on the hat, I love, love it."
Farah- "What a way to show a little patriotism with aqua and black. Mrs Christie looks very refined."
Ann Marie Davis - Wife of Deputy Prime Minister Phillip Davis.
Lesh- "The hat was very daring, but she wore it well."
Farah- "Love the color combination. Pink on royal blue works in this instance."
Patricia Minnis - Wife of Opposition Leader Dr Hubert Minnis.
Lesh- "What I love most about this outfit is the beautiful color. For some reason the color makes the outfit pop out in style, more so than the hat itself."
Farah- "Mrs Minnis looks astounding. This ensemble is very age appropriate. Best Dressed nominee for me!"
Dr Tracy Roberts - Wife of Minister of State in the Ministry of Finance, Michael Halkitis.
Lesh- "Definitely in the top five picks."
Farah-"Another best dressed nominee."
Anissa (nee Osman-Guelle) - Wife of MP for Mount Moriah Arnold Forbes.
Lesh- "I love the fact that it fits almost perfectly. The hat and the pearls are definitely a plus as well."
Farah- "Just elegant."
Nadia Rolle- Wife of Minister of State for Investments in the office of the Prime Minister Khalis Rolle.
Lesh- "This is simply gorgeous! Everything about it."
Farah- "I love this color combination. She looks stunning."
Melissa Calvin Pinder- Wife of Minister of Financial Services Ryan Pinder
Lesh- "A soft yellow, fits well for the occasion"
Farah- "The hat is simple and cute."
Rose Smith- Wife of Deputy Speaker Dion Smith.
Lesh- "I must say this one goes for my best dressed choice. Everything just blended so well together and she looks quite elegant! The hat is on point. "
Farah-"Love everything especially the hat!"
