These incidents are so sad to hear about. People simply don't care anymore. And to think that these killers are living next to us and driving on the same streets as you and I. Its a frightening thought. Does anyone out there know how well the CCTV system is working in the detection of crime? I know it can't prevent crime, but I was just wondering if the police had positive results since its been in use.
