RESIDENTS of Eastern New Providence are speaking out about the lack of garbage collection over the last two weeks.
A Ridgeway Drive resident said he has lived in the neighbourhood for several years and never had to wait so long for the garbage truck. He said calls to Environmental Health officials were not answered. Other residents of eastern New Providence have not been as lucky – they say late collection has become so common they are getting used trash piling up for two weeks or longer.
The cause of the problem remains unknown. Environmental Health officials told The Tribune to contact the Solid Waste Management Department, but staff there said no senior officials were available for comment.

Worse since May 7th. St. Anne's and Montagu constituencies. Figure it out yourself.
