A 36-year-old man was taken in for questioning after officers discovered a quantity of drugs.

Police said the man was taken into custody after Drug Enforcement Unit officers, on patrol in the West End Avenue area, observed him acting suspiciously.

The officers conducted a search and found a quantity of suspected cocaine.

The man was arrested on Tuesday at 9pm.

He is currently helping the DEU with their investigation.
