Two men suspected of shooting police Superintendent Clayton Fernander were arraigned in court at noon today.
Supt. Fernander was shot multiple times in the arm and upper body when two masked, armed men confronted him shortly after he pulled up at his residence in the St Vincent Road area. He was armed at the time, but was not able to return fire.
More on this arraignment in tomorrow's Tribune.

For anyone who commits a crime justice should run it's course BUT I have a question if the shooters wore masks how do they know that these two men are the culprits??

This is the problem with most Bahamians, Deepdrop2 made a good comment which receive a good explanation from Goodread. However because the comment is not one that you (mallyb) can relate to, you decide to try and insult others with no source of defending your own comment. Perhaps if one of your family members or close friends end up in the hands of the law for nothing they know of, you'll understand. Still like you say even the dump and ignorant have thier (there) say. Didn't want to confuse you so I inserted the 'there' you could read. Yet have the heart to call someone jackass.

Let me break it down even more for you. The article stated the two men were masked which arose the question how were they identified, especially so quicky. One individual post a rumor he/she heard whereas if the rumor was printed in the newspaper the need to question how the identities were obtained would never come up. Notice deepdrop2 stated, "who commits a crime justice should run its course." That mallyb espresses in no way anyone is condoning shit. Then as for the matter of you proudly announcing your brother loves prison supports my point that if he was ever wrongfully accused, then you would understand from the beginning why the question of the two in mentioned ever came up. Reading comprehension must be your weakness.

Sorry when i graduated from university with a Bachelor degree positiveinput it was,t Summa Com Laude , but i did finish so comprehension may have been why i did,t finish with a 4.0. My brother may not have been guilty but he put himself in that position am not proud (2) i dont follow rumors i get facts for myself (3) that is why i said go to court and hear the evidence for yourself, (4)the police never said how they abele to catch them and with a firearm as both men were masked so i don,t know how am not going to start a rumor on what was found on the scene. So Mr/Ms if you entertain rumor, again i say you condone shit my stands has,t change on that. Comprehension may be my weakness mmmmmm maybe but you simply fail in that area, so if want to know we will see each other while we hear the evidence in court so you can notice me am a be the one in loud colors pink yellow green come over say hi

All in due course we will learn how they were apprehended . Let just wait for their day in court . Let us not make use of wild rumors and assumptions . Hopefully law will prevail and justice will be served , regardless of its course and or direction.
As for the Superintendent I wish him a speedy recovery and thank God Elohim he is still with us today.

BIOGRAPHY OF ALL CRIMINALS IN POLICING, POLITICS AND RELIGIOUS SETTINGS: CATCH FIRE! “Know your enemy” is one of the most important lesson in the school of spiritual warfare. This is a glimpse into the biography of the wicked: “For I was envious at the foolish, when I saw the prosperity of the wicked. For there are no bands in their death: but their strength is firm. They are not in trouble as other men; neither are they plagued like other men. Therefore pride compasseth them about as a chain; violence covereth them as a garment. Their eyes stand out with fatness: they have more than heart could wish. They are corrupt, and speak wickedly concerning oppression: they speak loftily. They set their mouth against the heavens, and their tongue walketh through the earth. Therefore his people return hither: and waters of a full cup are wrung out to them. And they say, How doth God know? and is there knowledge in the most High? Behold, these are the ungodly, who prosper in the world; they increase in riches. Verily I have cleansed my heart in vain, and washed my hands in innocency. For all the day long have I been plagued, and chastened every morning. If I say, I will speak thus; behold, I should offend against the generation of thy children. When I thought to know this, it was too painful for me; Until I went into the sanctuary of God; then understood I their end. Surely thou didst set them in slippery places: thou castedst them down into destruction. How are they brought into desolation, as in a moment! they are utterly consumed with terrors. As a dream when one awaketh; so, O Lord, when thou awakest, thou shalt despise their image.” (Psalm 73:3-20).

One of these guys surely looks like he could be the son of Flava-Flav... just sayin'. But for real... anyway, I am glad they are caught and hopefully when they apply to the Supreme Court for bail, bail will be denied.
