Calvary Deliverance Church celebrates 31st anniversary

THE congregation of Calvary Deliverance Church, under the leadership of Senior Pastor James Newry and Sister Queenie Newry, will celebrate 31 years of ministry during Convention 2013 from July 28 to 31.

This year’s convention has the theme ‘God is with us’, which comes from 2nd Kings 6:16.

“The chosen theme is intended to reassure attendees of God’s faithful promise to always stand by His children,” said the church.

The gathering will feature local as well as international speakers such as conference host, Pastor Newry, Prophet Brian Carn of Jacksonville, Florida, Apostle J. Rodney Roberts of Five Porches of Deliverance Centre, Nassau and Pastor Valentino Williams of Life Changers Ministries International, New Providence and others.

Divine worship services will be held at 8am and 10.30am on Sunday, July 28 with mid-day Healing Deliverance sessions scheduled for Monday, July 29, through Tuesday, July 30th, at noon. Additionally, presentations on current issues such as constitutional reform, immigration reform, and why prepare for retirement will be conducted. Presenters will include Loren Klein of the Ministry of Legal Affairs and the Office of the Attorney-General, William Pratt, Acting Director of Immigration of the Immigration Department, and Vonique Bowleg of Family Guardian Insurance Company Limited.

The lecture sessions will begin each night at 7pm before service at 7.30pm. Music will be provided by Calvary Deliverance Church (CDC) Sanctuary Choir and Praise Team, Five Porches of Deliverance Centre Choir, Edison Sumner and the Voices of Praise, the Rolle Sisters, Pastor Terrence Forbes and others. In addition, the CDC Dance Ministry will also be worshipping in dance throughout the conference.
All of the services will be held at the church on East Street South.

Participants are expected to attend from the Family Islands, the United States and the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Foreign diplomatic corps and government officials are also expected to attend.

Further information is available from Merlande Barrett during normal working hours at the church’s office at telephone numbers (242) 325-1802 or (242) 323-3135.

It is well known that the costs of a church maintenance are a little high, but with the parishioners' money a restoration isn't a problem. If the minister plans an important renovation with the occasion, it is a good idea to use different services, like the ones from http://americansteeplejacks.com, restoration services, inspection services and so on, to know that the job was done correctly and the church doesn't need another renovation too soon.

It is a great moment for all the members, they should be celebrating this special occasion in a big way. They should deck up the whole place with beautiful Christian wall decals and elegant decor items.

It is a big celebration for them, and they should consider celebrating it in a special way. It would be better if they redecorate the church with beautiful framed pictures of Jesus for the big day.

This year's congregation is definitely special, so they should focus on making it special. They could encourage the people to share their views and ask questions to clarify any doubt they might have. If someone asks about what the bible says about tattoos, they should answer it patiently.
