FREEPORT – A father is in custody assisting police with investigations into the death of his two-year-old son, who is believed to have suffered injuries that might be consistent with allegations of sexual abuse.

Although the police have remained tight-lipped about circumstances surrounding the incident, there have been unconfirmed reports of injuries to the buttocks and neck.

According to police reports, the child was discovered unresponsive at a residence in the Magellan Crest area on Monday evening.

Inspector Terecita Pinder reported that sometime around 4:45pm, police and EMS personnel were called to the residence for assistance.

She said the toddler was taken to the Rand Memorial Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead by a doctor around 5:30pm.

Emerick Seymour, Grand Bahama’s Assistant Commissioner of Police, said police are awaiting the results of an autopsy for the exact cause of death.

He said the father, David Stuart, who is in his mid-20s, was at home with the child at the time. The child’s 15-year-old mother lives in Eight Mile Rock.

April 30th is a satanic high day where sacrifice of blood is required so that those who are guilty would find their innocence taken from that scapegoat everyone would look on with disdain. MAY THE FIRE OF THE GOD OF ELIJAH EXPOSE WHOEVER THOSE INDIVIDUALS ARE WHO SEEK TO WEAR THE INVISIBLE CLOAK WHERE NO ONE SEES THEIR FACES AS THE CRIMINALS THEY REALLY ARE. The young man is incapable of saying anything that would turn the tide away from him and as such MAY GOD STEP IN TO EXPOUND THE WICKEDNESS IN HIGH PLACES IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE BAHAMAS WHERE THOSE WHO PREFER LAUGHING AT THE PLIGHT OF INNOCENT PEOPLE FIND THEIR JUST REPAYMENT OF ALL ILLS THEY HAVE CONTINUALLY DONE TO BRING SHAME AND DISHONOUR TO THOSE WHO NEED TO KNOW GOD IS REAL.

Wow!!!! I could feel the pain that child had to endure. This situation is sickening, I can't think of a punishment that is suitable for the monster that did this.
This is what happens when the law don't do their job. If that animal was sitting in jail for statutory rape this would not of happen,

One hates to see the face of an unhappy child and this two year old's face speaks volumes. Very, very sad.
I am with proudloudandfnm on the legal side of things. Jail is a good place to start with the so called father

I can't even begin to imagine what that poor child endured, we as parents are suppose to protect our children not harm them. Too many children have died at the hands of these monsters and there is no justice for them. Something needs to happen in this country and children need to be protected.
