Jason Tino Ferguson arrives at court in crutches Tuesday afternoon, to be charged with the murder of 35-year-old Anchinique Berry and her 14-year-old daughter, Indiana Forbes.
Berry and Forbes were shot dead in their Woods Alley home off Market Street last week.

Just put it together. This is the boyfriend. Most likely had an argument with the girlfriend, shot himself in the leg to cover up the crime.

If you read the previous articles it states the "boyfriend" was shot in the leg. Most likely as stated by ThisIsOurs he self inflicted the gun shot to his leg to cover up his crime and made up the story about two masked men invading the home.

Its funny that like you said two mask men, head shot two females, one being a child at that however when it came to a male they decided to tussle. Your theory hold water but sad to say with a half good lawyer and no weapon, that theory will slowly drip away.
