A 38-YEAR-OLD Haitian man is in custody for questioning after a large sum of money was found at Lynden Pindling International Airport on Tuesday.

It happened around 6.40pm.

According to reports, officers from the Drug Enforcement Unit, acting on intelligence, went to Transit Lounge at LPIA where they found $9,000.

Police say they suspect the cash was derived from the operation of a criminal enterprise.

Investigations are ongoing.
