A TEENAGE boy accused of being a serial rapist was arraigned in Magistrates Court yesterday in connection with four sexual assaults in which two of his alleged victims are 13-year-old girls.
The 16-year-old of Nassau Village, whose name cannot be published for his protection, appeared before Magistrate Constance Delancey in Court no.2 with his grandmother and a pastor.
He faces four counts of rape, and a charge each of robbery and armed robbery.
It is claimed that on August 27 of this year he had sexual intercourse with a woman without her consent.
It is then alleged that on September 2, he had sex with another woman without her consent.
The next two alleged rapes occurred on September 18 and September 27 respectively.
On September 18, a 13-year-old girl was robbed of her $150 Clarke shoes before being sexually assaulted.
On September 27, a 13-year-old was robbed at knife point of her $300 Acer Tablet, $250 gold chain and charm and $15 cash before being sexually assaulted.
The juvenile, who is presumed innocent until proven guilty, was not required to enter a plea to the charges due to their nature.
He was told that the matters would be fast-tracked to the Supreme Court for trial through service of a Voluntary Bill of Indictment.
The presentation is scheduled for November 19.
