Do I read this to mean that the prosecutor's office decided that the red's Senator John B violated a section of the Firearm's Act? Since I am not clear what stance Comrade John B has previously taken alongside his party's outspoken position that individuals charged under the Firearms Act should be denied bail but be remanded to her Majesty's Fox Hill Prison to await trial, I along with thousands of other curious Bahamalanders shall wait to learn, if in fact he has been charged and released on a $9000 bail, exactly where the alleged possession, reportedly of ten rounds of .22 ammunition found in a bag, falls under the seriousness of the Firearms Act?

The polices can raid his home and office without a warrant if they want to find the .22 gun.
