TWO Grand Bahama men were arraigned on a murder charge in the Freeport Magistrate’s Court on Monday.
Tranard Tristin Nicholls, 23, of #20 Spinney Road and Omar Penn, 36, of Lady Fish Court were both charged with the murder of Kareem Abdul Moss.
Moss was found dead on November 23 outside an apartment in Grand Bahama.
The men were not allowed to enter a plea to the murder charge and were placed on remand at the Department of Correctional Services in New Providence.
Tranard Nicholls and Dorothy Mae Nicholls, 59, who also live at #20 Spinney Road, were also charged with possession of dangerous drugs with intent to supply.
They both pleaded not guilty to the drug charge, however bail was denied.
Both matters have been adjourned to February 22, 2016.
Attorney Carlson Shurland represented Tranard and Dorothy Nicholls. Penn was represented by Osman Johnson.
