ONE man has died and another is missing after a fishing boat ran into bad weather off Great Isaac Cay in the northern Bahamas on Friday.
The dead man is a Dominican and the missing crew man Bahamian.
Grand Bahama Police are investigating the incident and report that shortly after 7am on Friday, the “Sea Farmer” was in the area of Great Isaac Cay, some 20 miles north east of Bimini, fishing when she encountered bad weather.
Around 1pm two members of the crew where discovered missing and a short time later the body of one, a Dominican, was discovered dead and the other, a Bahamian, was not found.

Large numbers of Dominicans work on Bahamian fishing boats .......... they are "married" to Bahamian women ................ just like the Filipino, Cuban and Haitian women who are here
