POLICE in Abaco are investigating the discovery of human skeletal remains near the SC Bootle Highway.

According to a police report, shortly before 8am on Saturday, December 5, officers were called to an area near Stink Pond that is located off the highway, where the remains were discovered.

Police did not provide further details.
