A 38-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a traffic accident on Monday evening in Hope Town, Abaco. 

According to reports, police received information of a collision in the area of Big Hill Road shortly after 9pm, involving a Yahama motorcycle and a 1996 Ford truck.

The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries and was later pronounced dead by a doctor at the Marsh Harbour Clinic.

Police have not released the victim’s identity. The investigation continues.
