Two men shot dead, woman turns herself in to police

TWO MEN died in separate shooting incidents on Sunday night and early Monday in New Providence, with a woman turning herself in to police in connection with the first case.

The 43-year-old woman turned herself in to the Central Detective Unit shortly after midnight, four hours after she had been in a Chevy truck being driven by a man on Adelaide Road. According to police reports they got into an argument that led to the man being shot by the female who was armed with a handgun. She then fled the scene in the victim’s truck and the man was rushed to hospital in serious condition.

Shortly after 6am on Monday, the victim died in hospital.

Police are searching for an adult male and female believed to be responsible for a shooting incident that has left a man dead and two males and a female detained in hospital on Monday.

According to reports, shortly after 1am, a fight broke out at a party at a residence at Cess Hill, West Ridge North, which led to four people being shot by a man and a woman armed with a handgun. The male and female fled the scene in a vehicle.

An adult male was pronounced dead at the scene. Two males and a female who were also shot were transported to hospital where they remain in stable condition.

The murder total for 2015 in the Bahamas rises to 146 with these latest homicides.

Even in the waning hours of 2015 and nearing the eve of a new year the bloodiest year in recent history of the Bahamas is experiencing even more carnage, especially with the murders and now with traffic accidents on New Providence and numerous family islands.

well she shot one of them... but you should know with all the crimes going on though, the news papers tend to just combine them into one story... Dey say this crime happened, and meanwhile x, y, z, a, b, c crimes was going down too call crime stoppers....
