I don't think there is a problem with our laws. We have a problem with law enforcement and it starts at the very top.

so they will be given their badges of distinction (monitoring ankle bracelets) and be released back into society to do more crime, murder and mayhem. Bring the newspaper and see if anything new,

He turned himself in....he doesn't want to die, that always gets me, makes me feel sad. they act like they don't care but when confronted with death they run the other way. They were just never taught how to live. Absent fathers. Teenage pregnancy/single parent homes/family breakdown is killing us. If this boy isn't a statistic many of the boys in his group are and he learns how to live from them. Never taught to respect any authority because he was **always** *a man*. Now he's headed to prison or an early grave.

(As an aside: I hate the term "lil' man", they're children, they should act like children, **dress like children** and be addressed like children)

Yeah but some people turn themselves in whenever they receive information that police is looking for them and they know they were not involved with the incident in question. A suspect doesn't necessarily mean that the person is the actual perpetrator of a crime,
