A 27-year-old Grand Bahama man was arrested this week for drug possession at the airport in Abaco, police reported.  

According to reports, shortly after 4pm on Monday, officers at Marsh Harbour International Airport discovered and searched a tan box, containing 16 clear packages of suspected marijuana.

Inspector Terecita Pinder said a police investigation led to the arrest of a male resident of Grand Bahama. Investigations are continuing.
