Sad, sad ... Reality is most of our Southern Bahamians have been hanging on by a thread for years and as bad as this Hurricane was, the Country is broke, so as with the Warnings, aid and assistance will be "limited", albeit question how we can see fit to pay "private" Employees of the failed "Baha Mar" and Vendors who did not "profit" from the failed Carnival over these truly poor Bahamians? I fear a simple case of out of sight, out of mind!

Our country failed this poor lady! After all those fact-finding visits to the islands, no one cared to protect her home from the elements or provide assistance? So sad. How many other poor people are waiting for help but being ignored? Come on NEMA and Social Services!
