QUEEN Elizabeth II will become the longest reigning British monarch on Wednesday when she surpasses the 63-year reign of her great-great-grandmother Queen Victoria.
In association with the Canadian Royal Heritage Trust, Christ Church Cathedral in Nassau will join in marking this event with the pealing of its bell beginning at 12.15pm and leading to the celebration of the lunch time Holy Eucharist.

I'm a British Bahamian resident and don't give a monkey's ... about the monarchy. They are descendants of robbers and murderers that contribute far less to the world than people think.
