A MAN is in hospital after he was shot while sitting in his car in the area of Coral Harbour on Tuesday morning, police said.

The victim was outside a business where he works as a security guard when two men armed with handguns approached and shot him.

The incident occurred around 3am, police said.

The victim was taken to hospital where at last report he was in stable condition.

Investigations are continuing.
