Minnis and Christie must go

EDITOR, The Tribune

Opposition leaders are obviously unaware of the pressure now on Jeremy Corbin to likewise fall on his sword with the Shadow Cabinet resigning or being fired due to Corbin’s (Minnis) lacklustre performance in the Referendum Campaign. Sound familiar?

Both Christie and Minnis must now fall on their swords if the Bahamas wants to be respected in the world of politics.

These two (Minnis and Christie) are incapable of falling on their swords because neither of them has an iota of integrity. The Bahamian people need to pull out their long daggers for quick use when these two scoundrels next turn their backs on the Bahamian people...and you can be rest assured that won't be too long from now!

Both men should not have been elected as party leaders in the first place ...... blame SLOP and HAI for perpetuating this crime on our country ........... for their selfish reasons ........ both parties were left without any succession planning because of the "cult leader" mentality that was created in the PLP and the FNM and sadly, these two weak, insecure, visionless men emerged to lead both parties ........... and the rest is history
