Five held for gaming breach

FIVE people were arrested in Grand Bahama for breach of the Lottery and Gaming Act and possession of dangerous drugs on Friday, police reported.

Inspector Terecita Pinder said that police stopped a number of persons who were allegedly caught with handheld gaming devices and cash while in their vehicles at various locations on the island. Insp Pinder said some were also found in possession of illegal drugs.

Investigations are continuing.
