I TRULY feel that now is the time for another Junkanoo Carnival. Another $7m to $10m to put on the carnival is no big deal.

I was told that the Doppler radar would cost approximately $20m. Who cares about Doppler radar? We want Junkanoo Carnival.

The people want to party, especially after this devastating hurricane.
