So what is the PLP's plan for crime? Will the country experience another 650 murders if the PLP is re-lected? Do you know Perry Christie, as prime minister, and Ellison Greenslade, as commissioner of police, had more murders under their watch than any other prime minister or any other commissioner in the history of the Bahamas? in fact, there were more murders under Greenslade than *all* the other commissioners combined, since the Bahamas became independent in 1973. That is a serious indictment.

Things must really be tough for these hoods to resort to robbing a fish vendor.
Are they so desperate for cash to use for illicit purposes?
Perhaps they are really desperate with so much money being poured into gambling dens every day and with a constant increase in population with no corresponding increase in employment opportunities.
Whoever comes out the winner next month either will have to face these serious problems head-on or just sit back and allow them to become more serious until a breaking point is reached.

Bad examples. Too many people getting rich too fast without hard work or visible talent other than tiefin and cheating the system. "Shame". And I'm going to bet it's more *wanteration* than desperation. someone need to buy Easter basket, new outfit for Easter Sunday, carnival costume or finance sail away trip on Easter Monday.

The typical Bahamian "small man" entrepreneur like the street vendor, fish monger, strawcraft vendor, car washer, hawker, hacker, peanut vendor, paperboy, etc. must be really pissed with how the PLP has treated them ........ so much for "Believe in Bahamians"

The PLP MPs have outriders to go campaigning ........ but no police presence on the Montagu ramp when the conch/fish sales make them easy targets for criminals .......... SAD
