Bad service at NIB

EDITOR, The Tribune.

I think it is very ridiculous that I have spent 30 minutes of my morning (9am-9:30am) calling the National Insurance Board to ask one question and I can‘t get the phone answered. How is it possible for a building of at least 300+ people and no one answers the phone?

I literally selected every option and got no one! I went online and, of course, there are more numbers and again no answer! So I must now resort to an email that you probably won’t respond to.

This is so unprofessional and very irritating!

It is now 9:38am and before I send this email I am listening to this voice recording lying and talking about it’s a pleasure yet again and no one is answering. Oh wait someone answered and hung up on me when I started talking. Oh I wish I got her name.

This letter tells truth. NIB is a horrible organization preying on the gullible Bahamian public promising them pensions from money gone, done wasted buying ambulances, thank you, Rowena Bethel, worthless shares in BOB, thank you again, Rowena Bethel, unsecured loans to Bahamasair, thank you yet again, Rowena Bethel.
