THE moronic macho ‘men’ who indulge in animal cruelty sometimes deserve our understanding. It is generally accepted that they may have been abused as children and have frustrating sexual inadequacies as adults.

They frequently exhibit significant psychosocial issues that result in animal cruelty, and even domestic violence, or worse. We seldom punish or treat them, but perhaps these jackasses merit our pity.
