THIS weekend, the Bahamas Flag Football League’s female All-Stars Team will participate in the Women’s Tournament of Champions Flag Football Tournament in Las Vegas, Nevada. This tournament is by invitation only and the BFFL’s Female All-Stars are one of only two international teams to be invited.

This was due to their spectacular performance at the USFTL Nationals in January in Tampa, Florida.

The team left yesterday and will compete over the weekend against 13 other teams.

These teams are from California, Maryland, Washington DC, Oregon, Idaho, Cayman and Hawaii.

The head coach is Peter Wilson and he will be assisted by Garry Greenslade and Aaron Seymour.

The members of the team are as follows: Ansanika Johnson, Bianca Lee, Brittney Clarke, Chasity Butler, Danielle Zonicle, D’Nae Capron, Eairka Pinder, Hughann Tai, Jayde Knowles, Kerstin Bain, Keshieka Bain, Laval Sands, Marshell Bain, Natasha Whymns, Samone Neely, Sasha Kemp, Tai Dorsett and Tyrea Palmer.
