EDITOR, The Tribune.
Glad someone saw this development…seemingly quietly the expansion of the original dock has now a breakwater and marina docks.
The water off Baha Mar is shallow so I have to ask…Has The Port Authority granted approvals for substantial dredging as to facilitate docking of reasonably sized yachts? If, yes, what is the scope?
I am reminded that the water from Arawak Cay to Delaport is a protected area…no fishing…limit on speed of water craft (hmm no one follows that probably haven’t a clue there is a limit!)
Nassau Port Authority - also Town Planning has a permit been issued for dredging in any fronting Baha Mar and surrounding water area?
Office of the Prime Minister - when was there a sea bed lease signed between Government and Baha Mar? What is the terms and lease?
