It is shocking to learn the mindset of some young men in this country who believe they have the right to kill someone who doesn’t share the same views and values as them or even creates the smallest infraction against them. They also feel they have the right to kill, maim or injure anyone related to these persons or who is present when they come to ‘collect ‘ them. This is a very serious and dangerous mindset. A threat to society as we know it. So many young men are finding themselves in the crossfire and losing their lives because of it. Can the country continue these cold blooded killers to only get life imprisonments and live off the taxpayer for the rest of their natural lives? They call it gang warfare and have been programmed to kill anyone who is not a member of their gang.

John, you are a tourist to The Bahamas heh? WHAT SO SHOCKING ABOUT THAT TO YOU??

Here in Long Island, **the Circuit Magistrate and police** is so corrupt in that, I had a matter before the court as the virtual complainant, the police arranged to set the matter down for a date without informing me or the witnesses to the assault with a deadly weapon. Then, instead of hearing the matter in the rightful jurisdiction where the crime occurred and the witnesses lives closer, Simms, the Circuit Magistrate arranged for the matter to be heard in Clarence Town with the single intention to create an extreme inconvenience for me and the witnesses.

**It is impossible for me or the witnesses to go into Clarence Town to appear in the matter**.- especially so when all this was done without informing me or the witnesses about the change of venue. This they did so that they can have the case thrown out or dismissed so that the accused can go free. THAT IS CORRUPTION AT THE HIGH WATER MARK!!!

**THE POINT IS**: Our young men find it to be of no use going into the police or resorting to the courts for remedy to their social issues. IT IS A WASTE OF TIME!!!!. Going to the police and the courts only further grieves the complainant and perpetuate the wrong done to him further.

OUR YOUNG MEN ARE THINKING THAT IT IS MORE SATISFYING TO TAKE THE LAW INTO THEIR OWN HANDS.

**NOW CONSIDER THIS:** other persons in the community, as the case is, observes and losses confidence in the justice system. Hence, even when an individual can be best served by facing the consequences of their action, compromising police officers, like the ones in my case, causes our societies further social degradation.

JOHN... there is no point going to the justice institutions. Who is not corrupt... are plainly incompetent and inept.

There is no excuse for murder, none. Especially if the person (s) you kill are not Pershing you. In fact they are going about their own business, living life peacefully. And anyone who attempts to justify these execution type killings are nothing short of murderers themselves. In their hearts they have already committed bloody murder.
