The four-day event aims to offer high-level networking, valuable information and opportunities while celebrating the accomplishments of iconic leaders of colour across various industries.

Bishop Ellis is well-known in the faith industry. He currently serves as pastor of Mount Tabor Union Baptist Church and is being recognised for his professional and faith-based accomplishments. Bishop Ellis, an author and trailblazer who mentors some 40 pastors and shepherds thousands of faithful parishioners both in weekly services and online, is considered an inspiration to many. He is the youngest living inductee into the International Civil Rights Walk of Fame in Atlanta, Georgia.

"We are excited and humbled with this impactful opportunity and responsibility to honour some of our most respected and accomplished leaders while creating valuable engagements during a plethora of events and activities that we will deliver during the weekend," said Jerome Hutchinson, Jr, ICABA founder.

ICABA has hosted over 131 successful events with more than 13,000 attendees populated by accomplished professionals and entrepreneurs of colour. ICABA expects over 1,000 people to attend September's conference. This will also mark the 10-year anniversary of the company.
