Explain...why does it take nearly 12 months or more to get the first NIB benefit Pension payment?

How on earth do you expect people who are now relying 100% on NIB to survive?

BP&L - W&S - Cable - BTC - Ally - Real Property don’t care they want their money now.

Come off it surely within three-four weeks at the most any and all retiring persons should receive their NIB Pension payment.....wasn’t this The People’s Government or you all changed since in office?
