The National Insurance Board (NIB) yesterday confirmed the restoration of services in Grand Bahama. It said its office in Eight Mile Rock is now fully functional, while the office located in Freeport is partially functional in order to issue benefit payment cheques, perform verifications, receive claim applications and contribution payments.

NIB is also stationed in the Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) in the C A Smith building to allow customers to submit benefit claims and conduct verifications.
