A 25-year-old Freeport man was charged with attempted murder, among other charges, in a Grand Bahama court yesterday.
Tremayne Moss, 25, of Woods Rogers Drive, appeared before Magistrate Charlton Smith.
He was not required to enter a plea to the attempted murder charge, which is connected to a matter that allegedly occurred on March 13.
The case is expected to proceed by a voluntary bill of indictment and was adjourned to May 26.
Moss was also charged with violating his bail conditions and causing public terror. He pleaded guilty to both charges and was convicted and sentenced to three months in prison on each count, to run concurrently.
He was remanded to the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services.
