48 new cases of COVID-19 reported on Saturday

The Ministry of Health reported on Saturday that there are 48 additional confirmed cases of COVID-19.

Thirty-three of the new cases are in New Providence, seven are in Grand Bahama, five are in Bimini, two are in the Berry Islands and one is in Eleuthera.

This brings the total number of cases to 878 with 763 of those active. There are 29 cases in hospital.

Health officials are reminding the public to practice the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19:

• Wear a face mask when you leave home;

• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, and if soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 70% alcohol;

• Cover your cough or sneeze in your inner elbow or with a tissue; and

• Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as phones, remotes controls, counters, doorknobs, and keyboards.

**Clearly once news reaches globally** expect a rush** on requests applications of the many wanting experiences living amongst the exceptionally healthy out islanders. **A colony of 1200 out islands, cays, and rocks** were only but **two** recorded non-virus deceased has remained **unchanged** during the previous **thirty-day** timespan?. My Comrades, Abaco is one of the **central authorities** most targeted be ignored of the 1.200 out islands, cays and rocks out there where the virus-positive cases have now climbed a recorded **28** positive testings?
Abacoians, would have far better odds to experience an Elvis sighting on the Abaco's **than a virus tester?** They'd have even better odds at spotting both Elvis and a UFO landing than to encounter a virus tracer?

Prayers for the Bahamian people. Here in Georgia the numbers are ridiculous, but our government and citizens are mostly ignoring it. The citizens go around bragging that they aren't going to wear a mask. I'm sick of it. Anyone want to adopt me. lol

The tests are phony baloney!! As I understand it, the tests are actually for some form of genetics, and not for a virus at all. There's a lot more, or a lot less, about Covid 19 than world governments are letting on...
