It's really unbelievable that parliament is allowing Dr Minnis to remain the sole authority over this pandemic. Nothing he says makes sense. 2 weeks ago he all but declared the pandemic over. Based on what? Parliament needs to do something

He lied before. We could see from the numbers he wasn't telling the truth. After the disaster lockdown decision that he reversed hours later, he should have implemented this same weekend lockdown and earlier curfew hours. Just gross incompetence. Added to that people don't listen. Also, do we know with a certainty if the medical experts have a full picture on the spread. A lot of people are complying and a lot of places have protocols in place that they are following. So, we have to really dig into this to understand is it really as simple as following the prescribed measures. Could it be that some minute details people may disregard that is causing the issue?

They are in it together, thick as thieves. They have had an opportunity to "do something" like call a vote of no confidence every time the "House" meets, since the PM got out of control like a very loose cannon. Of course the "Speaker" would probably find some reason to disallow same....

The pandemic is pretty much under control everywhere except Grand Bahama, Nassau, and Abaco.

Actually Grand Bahama is under control. You have a sprinkle here and there.

Most significant number is death rate, as of October 7,only 1 death per 2 days or 183 deaths in a year compared to 2700 deaths normally.
