If this officer is not charged and convicted of murder than every citizen needs to line up in front of police headquarters and take their shot too. They send these officers on the family with firearms with no controls. So they go out drinking ALCOHOL and unprovoked, kills a young man for less than a half bag of weed. And the commissioner of police is no less complicit for his comments about the law on marijuana. He also needs to resign for wearing an Uncle Top cap when the world is in crisis. Will the fat lady sing this time?

If all the young man had on him was a joint, no knife, no gun, no weapon, just a joint, a plant that GOD gave to us all, then this is murder, it just goes to show and confirm the stupidity, the F-average persons being employed to protect and serve and the people leading them, they would rather ruin a mans life, now this, kill a person rather than let them smoke a $3.00 joint. SHAMEFUL. Tick tock, tick tock, now let's wait for the cover-up. BCC I hope you F-average leaders are also taking notes and hanging your heads in SHAME because you all take pleasure in seeing a person's life destroyed, not by his hands, but by the hands of the state.

Did he reach for his waist? Did he reach for anything. If he did, the officer may be in the clear. He would have been in fear for his life if the gentleman reached for anything. Please stop antagonizing the situation like CNN does in America.Find out the facts first before jumping to conclusions. Look at all that occured not just a clip.
