@Clamshell we **have** seen a disturbing trend from Minnis. He will try some authoritarian move as if he is all powerful, the people complain, the powers that be yank his chain, then he apologies. He's done this about 4 times in the past 4 years. He'll then make a *we're all in this together* statement. If they win a second term, I don't know who will stop him from another strongman move. He wont have the fear of losing an election to control him. I wouldn't say it's completely outside of the realm of belief that they would attempt restricting access to resources if persons aren't vaccinated. We only need to remember that they were harassing people for driving with windows rolled up without a mask, and the police enforced with enthusiasm. The rules dont have to make sense

A certain industrial company in the Freeport Harbour area has mandated that ALL employees have the vaccine to continue their employment. I would love to tell you the name, but you know our libel laws in the Bahamas are quite severe. It is a large company. Ask around. It is starting.

Until it becomes a requirement to live on a daily base in Bahamas, no jobs, no services provided pretty soon. What will cause ppl to vaccinate? Jobs to feed their families and pay bills. That is a tatic to mentally challenge ppl's decision on getting vaccinated.
