Mr Anton Saunders, nor any other Risk Insurers, should worry too much about this, as the Bahamas Government has endorsed the proposal and the IMF certainly has enough cash in its coffers to underwrite the entire risk premiums of all those property owners who are unable to pay such premiums themselves.
We are now enjoying “The Great Reset” of the World Economic Forum.

Will the FNM Government buy white cars with mandatory house insurance on them
will the police come to one's door and demand your insurance certificate., Will one be taken to jail if one can not pay, will ones home be sold to cover the cost.
The PM appears to have dictatorial tendencies. all the above is possible,
