A MAN facing a pending murder charge was accused of breaching his bail conditions in court yesterday - and was again granted bail.

Jacob Rolle, 29, stood before Senior Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans charged with 10 counts of violation of bail granted by the Supreme Court after he was accused of the fatal shooting of Randy Rolle on Balfour Avenue on October 24, 2017.

While on release for that charge, it is alleged that between December 21, 2022, and February 8, 2023, the accused failed to charge his electronic monitoring device on six occasions.

It is further alleged that between January 27 and February 6, he breached his nightly residential curfew on four occasions.

In court, Rolle pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Bail was granted in the sum of $8,000 and his trial is scheduled for April 26.
