A MAN was given $3,000 bail yesterday after being accused of assaulting his landlord’s son with a knife earlier this year.

Senior Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans charged Ochea Knowles, 32, with assault with a dangerous instrument.

Knowles allegedly assaulted Anton King with a knife after the two got into an argument on Misty Flowers Close on March 25.

After pleading not guilty to the charge, the defendant was informed that under his bail conditions, he must sign in by 6pm at Wulff Road Police Station on the last Sunday of every month.

His trial begins on February 12 next year.
