A jury of peers (popoulaces') were selected at random from the same community at-large as the defendant on trial have spoken and are to be respected. -- Yes?

Given the extreme accusations levied in this Case, if in fact “not true” according to Jury, then the Accuser should be prosecuted for making false accusations and then the Police Officer(s) and Prosecutor(s) should be fired for not investigating properly … there just be consequences to prevent such abuse of the Judicial System from happening again …. assuming of course there was “no corruption” influencing the Verdict?!?

God bless this woman who had the strength, courage and fortitude to bring these charges. Not only did she suffer physically and mentally when the violence occurred, she had to relive and retell the heinous violation she endured in a public courtroom. We should all be outraged by the crowd in the courtroom who had the audacity to applaud this man for his behaviour!!!

I agree , but this assumes she was telling the truth … and in the absence of corruption, a Jury has held she was not, so the flip side is one must be protected from false allegations, so if she fabricated, she should be prosecuted. Pretty basic stuff, not that anything is transparent here😞
