COME June 28, the William Thompson Auditorium will be transformed into a sanctuary of sound and inspiration as the Bahamas Coalition of Advocates for Disability Awareness and Services teams up with the Disability Empowerment Group to present Gospel Mania 2025: A Glorified Inspirational Experience.
The evening, which begins at 6pm, promises an electrifying evening of praise, purpose, and community support.
According to Travis Edgecombe of Edgy Management, who is helping to bring the event to life with public relations, this year’s Gospel Mania will feature a powerful three-segment format that will keep the audience engaged from start to finish.
With a robust format designed to uplift, empower, and entertain, the evening will open with The Gospel Wave (6pm–7pm), continue with Grace and Glory (7pm–8pm), and close with Bahama Praise (8pm–9.30pm), spotlighting some of the country’s most celebrated voices in gospel music.
The headliner for the night is none other than international gospel recording artist Sherwin Gardner, whose electrifying performances and impactful ministry are known around the world.
He will be joined by an all-star local lineup including Bishop Lawrence Rolle, Oslien Jadorte, Shaback, Kenyatta Taylor, Colyn Kristopher, Edison Sumner and Voices of Praise (VoP), Dynamite Daisy, Eman, Akeem Gardiner, Antonio J Thompson, IAmStacs, DJ Godson, Davian Chase, Michelle Gardiner, Joinae Gibson, The Church of God National Praise and Worship Team, Bazza, Christian Massive, and many more.
Mr Edgecombe noted that this year’s Gospel Mania goes far beyond just music and entertainment; it carries a powerful mission at its core. All proceeds raised from this event will go directly towards assisting people with disabilities throughout The Bahamas, helping to provide critical resources, services, and empowerment opportunities for individuals who need it most.
For Kendrick Rolle, chairman and founder of Gospel Mania, the event serves as a beacon of hope and a reminder that together, through the power of music and community, persons can make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
“This year’s lineup is huge. And we are believing for not just the music but that it touches hearts and inspires action,” exclaimed Mr Rolle.
Mr Edgecombe noted that the event will also offer a festive, family-friendly atmosphere with food and drink vendors on-site. “ Everyone is encouraged to come out, fellowship, and enjoy an evening that promises to be nothing short of extraordinary,” he said.
Tickets are affordably priced at $20 for adults and $10 for children under 12 and are available now at Tyreflex Star Motors (Wulff Road) and All Seasons Book and Gift Centre (RBC Shopping Plaza, Palmdale). With demand already high, organizers encourage patrons to get their tickets early.
Gospel Mania 2025, organisers said, is set to be a night where music meets mission, and lives are changed forever.
