A MAN was remanded to prison yesterday after being accused of touching his 13-year-old neighbour inappropriately near Lincoln Boulevard last weekend.
Prosecutors allege that Sean Rolle, 52, grabbed the girl from behind and touched her private parts while she was walking home at around 10pm on September 14.
Rolle pleaded not guilty to a charge of indecent assault before Senior Magistrate Shaka Serville.
Inspector Cordero Farrington, the prosecutor, objected to bail, noting that Rolle has other pending matters before the court.
Rolle was remanded to the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services until his bail hearing on September 24.
