A MAN was granted bail after being accused of injuring another man during a physical altercation on Taylor Street earlier this month.
Prosecutors allege that Damiko Stuart, 40, injured Marco Becerra during a street brawl on July 1.
Stuart pleaded not guilty to causing harm before Deputy Chief Magistrate Shaka Serville. He was granted $3,500 bail with one or two sureties.
Under the terms of his bail, Stuart must sign in at the Nassau Street Police Station every Wednesday and Friday by 7pm.
He was warned not to interfere with witnesses or risk having his bail revoked.
Stuart returns for trial on September 8.
Sergeant Vernon Pyfrom prosecuted the case.
